All sales are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide supporting evidence (such as photos or videos). Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable. Requests for returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or incorrect purchases will not be accepted.
Once an order has been confirmed and is being processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation requests made prior to order processing may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
