In 1915, Kweichow Moutai won the Gold Medal at the Panama–Pacific International Exposition, marking its first stride beyond borders and planting the earliest seeds of its future voyage to Southeast Asia.
Water House
In 1941, the three-storey Water House—an Art Deco creation by Swan & Maclaren—rose at the mouth of the Singapore River. Quiet yet enduring, it witnessed the tides of history and the vibrant growth of regional trade and cultural exchange.

In 1954, Kweichow Moutai reached Southeast Asia for the first time, landing at the Singapore River—face to face with the Water House. From that moment, a quiet connection between Moutai and this historic building began to take shape.
2025 年｜Moutai House 启幕
In 2025, the Water House reemerges with a new identity as Moutai House, where the story continues—renewed and alive once more.
